1. Agreement
By accessing or using PDFVora, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PDFVora provides browser-based PDF editing and document tools. Features, limits, supported formats, and availability may change as the product is improved.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify support if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Your files and instructions
You retain responsibility for documents you upload and for the changes you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process the files. Keep an original copy and review the exported document before relying on or sharing it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use PDFVora to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security, overload the service, access another person’s account, process content without authorization, or misrepresent altered documents for fraud or deception.
6. Subscriptions and trials
Pricing, trial length, renewal frequency, taxes, and included features are shown before checkout. Unless canceled before renewal, a subscription may renew automatically according to the checkout terms. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Refund requests are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy, checkout terms, and applicable law.
8. Service availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failures, or events outside reasonable control. PDFVora does not guarantee that every PDF structure, font, scan, or interactive element will process perfectly.
9. Disclaimers
PDFVora is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is a document tool and does not provide legal, financial, accounting, identity-verification, or electronic-signature compliance advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PDFVora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risks, nonpayment, unlawful activity, material violations, or misuse that threatens users or the service.
12. Changes and contact
Terms may be updated as the service changes. Questions can be sent to support@pdfvora.com.
