Security at PDFVora

Learn about PDFVora’s HTTPS connection, document-processing approach, account security, and steps users can take when handling sensitive PDFs.

Encrypted connection

PDFVora is served over HTTPS, which protects data in transit between a supported browser and the PDFVora service. Users should still avoid public or untrusted devices when handling sensitive files.

Document processing

Files are processed to perform the tool or editing operation selected by the user. Temporary processing data may be used as necessary to complete the request, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

Account and payment security

Passwords should be unique and kept private. Payment information is handled through the payment provider displayed during checkout; PDFVora does not ask users to send card details by email.

User security checklist

  • Review the destination and file before uploading.
  • Keep an untouched original copy.
  • Verify every page in the downloaded PDF.
  • Use a trusted device and current browser.
  • Remove local downloads when they are no longer needed.
  • Contact support if account activity appears unfamiliar.

Report a concern

Report security or privacy concerns to support@pdfvora.com with enough detail to investigate. Do not include passwords or full payment-card numbers.
