1. Before purchase
The price, currency, trial period, renewal schedule, and included features are shown during checkout. Review those details before confirming a subscription.
2. Trials
When a trial is offered, a valid payment method may be required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid plan and renew at the price shown at checkout.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription through the account or payment-management option made available with the purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but normally does not erase account activity or automatically refund a completed charge.
4. Refund requests
To request review of a charge, contact support@pdfvora.com promptly and include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not include full payment-card numbers.
5. Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the checkout terms, payment provider rules, product usage, duplicate or unauthorized charges, applicable consumer law, and the circumstances of the request. Approval is not guaranteed unless required by law.
6. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges immediately. PDFVora may request information needed to locate the transaction and protect the account.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Bank and payment-network posting times are outside PDFVora’s control.
8. Chargebacks
Contact support first when possible so the issue can be reviewed. Filing a chargeback may cause temporary account restrictions while the payment provider investigates.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect plan, provider, or legal changes. The version in effect at the time of the transaction and mandatory consumer rights will apply as required.
